Legal provisions

§1 General provisions

  1. The online store (hereinafter referred to as the store) sells metal paintings and painting designs.
  2. The store sells in Poland and abroad.
  3. Store customers can place orders via the store's website or via e-mail.
  4. The order is processed after payment.
  5. The prices of goods are given in Polish zlotys or euros and include VAT of 23%.

§2 Conditions of Sale

  1. Orders are processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of payment.
  2. The shipping cost will be provided when placing the order.
  3. The store reserves the right to refuse to process an order without giving a reason.

§3 Payments

  1. Orders can be paid by bank transfer or electronic payment system.
  2. In case of any problems with payment, please contact customer service immediately with all necessary information.
  3. If payment is not made on time (3 business days), the order is canceled.
  4. Transaction fees may apply in accordance with payment processor policy and/or applicable law.
  5. You are responsible for any additional fees resulting from your selected payment method.

§4 Returns and Exchanges

  1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  2. In the event of returning the goods, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  3. The exchange of goods is only possible in the event of manufacturing defects.
  4. Returns and complaints are processed in accordance with the general terms and conditions available on the website and in accordance with applicable law.

§5 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding shortages or damage to goods should be reported immediately after receiving the shipment.
  2. The customer is obliged to keep the packaging of the goods until the complaint is resolved.
  3. In the event of a complaint about the goods, the customer is obliged to provide the seller with the goods together with the sales document and a description of the complaint.
  4. The Seller will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
  5. In the event of a justified complaint, the seller bears the costs of replacing the goods or refunding the purchased goods.

§6 Personal data protection

  1. The Seller ensures the protection of customers' personal data in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for marketing purposes, with the customer's consent.
  3. The customer has the right to view his/her data and correct or delete it.

§7 General Provisions

  1. The regulations of the online store are available on the store's website.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change the regulations at any time without giving a reason.
  3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of the sales contract will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
  4. By using the services on our website, the user confirms that he has read these regulations and accepts their provisions.

§8 Privacy Policy

    Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) I inform that:

  2. PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    We process your personal data because, due to the nature of our business activities, we have a legitimate interest in their processing. When using our websites, we collect information regarding Users' interactions with the Websites and content, including: device and login information, the so-called system logs, containing the date, time of the visit and the IP number of the device from which the connection was made, as well as data on Website viewing statistics and traffic to and from individual websites. The above activities are aimed at improving the Websites and adapting them to the User's needs. This data may also be used for direct marketing purposes. The data saved in the server logs are not associated with specific people using the Website or System and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
  3. STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    The Website Administrator adjusts the content to the user's interests and may also collect statistical data, web analytics and traffic monitoring on the website. Personal data will be processed for marketing purposes from the moment of acceptance until the moment of objection or withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.

  5. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    a) Your personal data is safe with us, we share it with our trusted subcontractors and partners who cooperate with our company in the course of business activities (i.e. IT, marketing, legal, etc.). The servers we use are located in the EEA, we do not transfer your personal data to a third country. b) Your personal data is not profiled by us, so we do not make decisions in an automated manner.
  6. YOU HAVE RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA TO:
    • Data deletion,
    • Data corrections,
    • Access to data,
    • Withdrawal of consent to the extent that they are processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    • Limitations on the processing of personal data to the extent that they are processed on the basis of consent, the right to object to the processing of data,
    • Submit a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

§9 Cookies policy

    The entity that places cookies on your end device and obtains access to them is the operator of the website www.gluxury.design (hereinafter referred to as the Website: Company ANBUD-Aneta Głowa with its registered office at Tuszów Narodowy 388, 39-332 Tuszów Narodowy).
