1. Courier Delivery
   Our large metal pictures are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transport. We use reputable courier companies to deliver your order safely and on time. We guarantee that your metal painting will reach you in perfect condition.
2. Personal collection of the order at the company's headquarters
   If you are in the Mielec area (address: Tuszów Narodowy 388), you can collect your order in person at our headquarters. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and our works in person and collect your metal painting directly from the creators.

It is worth adding that we care about our customers, which is why we add something unique to each shipment. Our surprises mean that the ordered metal painting can become not only a perfect interior decoration, but also a unique gift for a loved one.

1. What is corten steel and why are paintings made of it more expensive?
   Corten steel is a high-quality material characterized by corrosion resistance and extraordinary durability. Over time, a unique pattern is created on its surface that cannot be repeated. Pictures made of this steel are more expensive due to the unique properties of the material, the more difficult production process and the much higher price of the material.
2. What is the price of a painting?
   The price of a painting depends on many factors, such as size, choice of materials, complexity of the design and additional personalization options. Our prices are adequate to the high quality reflected in our products.
3. Is it possible to return it if you don't like the image?
   Yes, we care about your satisfaction. If the purchased painting does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will help you with the return or exchange procedure. The exception are paintings made to individual order.
4. Can I take a painting for an invoice?
   A VAT invoice is issued only for orders placed in Poland. During the order process, you can provide all necessary information to issue an invoice.
5. Can I send my own design or sketch for implementation?
   Yes, we are open to cooperation with our clients. If you have your own design or sketch, contact us and our experts will discuss the details and implementation possibilities.
6. What image sizes are available?
   Our paintings are available in various sizes, ranging from small works of art to large wall decorations. All sizes are available on the product page. It is also possible to produce each of the offered images in any size proposed by the customer.
7. Do you offer international delivery?
   Yes, we deliver our products both in Poland and abroad. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on location.
8. What is the laser cutting process and why is it important?
   The laser cutting process is an advanced technology that allows you to obtain precise and complex shapes from metal. This is a key stage in the production of our images.
9. How long does it take to complete an order?
   Delivery time depends on the specific item ordered and our order load in a given period. We can provide time details when you place your order but delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
10. Can I change the colors of the image for my interior?

    Our metal paintings are easy to maintain. Usually, you just need to wipe them with a soft cloth to maintain their beauty.

    Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on our products.
13. Is it possible to order a material sample?
    We currently do not offer material samples. However, you can see our work in the photos on the website.
